Samsung Series 8 DV90BB9445GBS1 with Optimal Dry 9kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Black

Samsung DV90BB9445GBS1 Series 8 — 9 kg OptimalDry™ Heat Pump Tumble Dryer (Black)

Fast, efficient drying that cares for your clothes

The Samsung DV90BB9445GBS1 is a 9 kg heat-pump tumble dryer built around efficiency, speed and thoughtful fabric care. With an A+++ energy efficiency rating and Samsung’s Heat Pump Technology, it dries gently while keeping running costs low — a practical choice for families who want great results without a heavy energy bill.

Dry efficiently and gently with Heat Pump Technology

Heat Pump Technology reheats and reuses air inside the drum, delivering a gentler drying cycle than traditional condenser or vented dryers. That means delicate items get the care they need and everyday clothes retain their shape and fibres for longer. Paired with OptimalDry™ sensors, the dryer measures moisture and temperature to adjust drying time precisely, avoiding unnecessary overdrying.

Super Speed and QuickDrive™ for busy days

When life gets hectic, the Super Speed feature steps in. With QuickDrive™ technology, you can dry loads in just 81 minutes, making short work of small and medium laundry piles. There’s also a 35 Minute Quick Dry option for when you’re in a real hurry. These fast cycles help you stay on top of laundry without sacrificing fabric care.

Quiet performance and lasting reliability

If you need to dry clothes at any hour, Silent Dry keeps noise to a minimum thanks to sound-absorbing materials and smart algorithms that moderate operation. The dryer’s Digital Inverter Technology also brings durability and efficiency — a long-lasting system backed by a reassuring warranty period that offers extra peace of mind.

Hygiene, freshness and fewer wrinkles

The Hygiene Care function targets dust, mites and germs for fresher results whether items are wet or dry. Use Air Wash to refresh garments that need deodorising rather than a full wash. To cut down on ironing, the Wrinkle Prevent setting smooths creases after the cycle ends, leaving clothes easier to wear straight away.

Smart drying that learns your needs

Connect the dryer to SmartThings Home Life for personalised, efficient drying. The app analyses your laundry patterns and offers cycle recommendations via the Clothing Care feature, while Energy tools help you manage consumption. Home Care keeps the dryer in top condition with maintenance alerts and tips, so the machine stays efficient over time.

Practical features that simplify daily use

• Reversible Door: Choose left or right opening to suit your laundry layout.
• 2-in-1 Filter: Captures fluff to protect performance and reduce cleaning frequency, with reminders when maintenance is needed.
• OptimalDry™ Sensors: Adjust drying time and temperature automatically for accurate results.
• Air Wash & Hygiene Care: Freshen and sanitise garments without harsh treatment.

A dryer that fits your life

The Samsung DV90BB9445GBS1 combines energy-conscious drying, quick-cycle convenience and smart connectivity into one user-friendly package. Whether you need a rapid refresh, a full dry for a family load, quiet overnight operation, or app-based control and insights, this Series 8 dryer balances speed, gentleness and modern convenience — all in a sleek black finish.
